The best possible experience. All my questions were addressed without need to ask anything. Was diagnosed with type of brain tumor and could not get good information until referred to Dr. Westra. Takes a while to get appointment.While out of town, he took the time to communicate that I was OK to wait for standard appointment and did not need emergency care. Can not communicate how wonderful and kind this was. At time of appointment, all information given in a very straightforward and easily understanable manner. Could not be any more pleased. This process has been difficult. Doctor Westra is the best.

The only frustration was it took SOO long to jump through the insurance co. hoops to have my wonderful surgery…. Thank you Dr Westra.you go into the hospital In misery ….. in 2 hours you come out a little weak but NO PAIN! Awsome!

I was very taken by Dr. Westra’s patience in listening to my relating of my experience of my cervical vertebrate issues and his obvious intelligence. I felt relieved that he was open to considering alternate approaches to surgery. I heartily recommend him to anyone experiencing back or neck pain or stiffness.

Dr Westra listened to all my concerns and went over my test results. He was thorough in explaining my MRI and any questions I had. He did not push for a surgery and suggested other options to keep my back as strong as possible. I was happy to hear this since I am an active person who exercises several times a week. I would definitely recommend him.
