Very comprehensive explanation of my back problems.
I do wish the visit was longer than the 10 minutes because maybe I’d remember to bring up other medical issues.

Dr Westra is very nice and I was in very quickly he explained everything to me and I feel very confident with him as my surgeon if it comes to that. Office girls are very busy, but nice too

Stuff is friendly and courteous. Wait time is good for doctor to see me. Doctor Westra is very aware of my back problems is doing everything he can to pinpoint my back pain.

Had a list of questions for Dr Westra regarding my surgery but Dr Westra answered most of them before i could get to them. He reassured me and set aside all my concerns and worries. I feel confident that I am placing my health in good hands.

Dr. Westra really listened to my symptoms and concerns. He reviewed and explained my MRI and after an assessment he went over next steps. I felt reassured with the plan.
