For your convenience we have put together some information for you:
- Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are available by phone Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 12 noon, and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Our answering service is available for after-hours emergencies.
- New Patients must have diagnostic work up (images and reports), doctor referral, plus any other testing related to problem i.e. EMG/Nerve conduction studies.
- Messages left for the physicians will usually be answered by the end of each business day unless the doctor is away from the office, in which case your message will then be forwarded to the physician on call.
- It is our desire and plan to provide prompt quality care to each patient. Our staff is dedicated to making your experience pleasant and simple. However, the speed of which your testing or various therapies can be scheduled depends on several factors including your insurance company. Please understand that it may take 7-10 working days for arrangements to be made.
