Dr Westra, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain in detail everything that was going on going over my medical results and explaining what the next steps we should take. Was able to throughly explain my diagnosis and tell me what was the leading cause of my condition on why I lost the ability to walk. Did a laminectomy on my thoracic spine. Had no problems with the recovery and was up and walking without pain or assistance after using a walker prior to surgery in about a month. I thank Dr. Westra to getting my back to my normal life. Highly recommended.

Efficient front office personnel.
When a cancellation occurred I was called and I was able to be seen by Dr Westra the next day.
The appointment was on time,

The staff as well as Dr. Westra are fabulous. Dr. Westra take the time to explain every little thing to me and makes sure I understand whatever procedures or protocol that I need to take. This is now the second time that I am being treated by him and I couldn't be happier with the office visits his competence in doing surgery and is after surgery care.
