Dr. Westra is an incredible neurosurgeon! His staff is wonderful!!! I am extremely happy that Dr. Westra did my back surgery approx. 8 months ago!!!! Highly recommend this doctor and staff!!

Dr Westra is extremely thorough, explaining all decisions and going over the scans in his office. There is almost no waiting time and his office staff is friendly and organized. We feel lucky to have him as our neurosurgeon!

Dr. Westra is a great Neurosurgeon! I suffered from severe sciatica for many years. I had a spinal fusion in April 2024 and the sciatic nerve flare ups and attacks have nearly diminished. Dr. Westra is very thorough, professional and I highly recommend him!

First time I met Dr. Westra. Very informative consultation. He took the time to go over some of my images and explained in layman’s terms what they showed. Made a solid recommendation which I agreed with.

DR. Westra, talk to me on a level that I understand and showed me my Cat scan. We talked about the possibilities of muscle and nerve damage in my left shoulder area. MRI, and review later for results.

Dr. Westra was amazing during my first initial appointment with him. He took the time to explain everything with me, show me my results of my CT scan, explained what should be the next steps, was very patient and spoke in a matter that I could clearly understand. I felt very confident with him and glad that he is my doctor.

I was welcomed by pleasant staff, the “wait time” was reasonable and I appreciated Dr Westra’s careful explanation to me of what my MRI findings were, and what plans he is recommending for my future. Additionally, I called the office later, after my appointment, because there were several questions I had forgotten to ask. I got answers back the same day!
