The Doctor was accurate in diagnosis and was right to the point with setting me up with the drs I need to see for physical therapy through pain management. Very quick and knowledgeable in what he does.

Dr Westra always explains and takes the time to let me know where he suggests we go with treatments for my back. He never pushes and always let's me talk through how I feel about the options and I feel we are making the best decision for my treatment together. Even though appointment have to be made a month or 2 out I have not had any issues getting in at an earlier date when they put me on the cancellation list. The ladies in the front office are wonderful about this. Very happy with Dr Westra and his staff.

Dr. Westra provided a thorough detailed informed consent. He taught me how to evaluate my MRI images and explained the problem and what he was going to do to repair the damage. He exhibited a positive warm enthusiastic attitude and left me feeling confident. My anxiety prior to my visit with him was completely dissipated and I said goodbye feeling happy.
